Supported by our experienced staff and extensive fleet of plant and equipment, our operations are managed under our Quality Management System which conforms to all applicable, regulatory and industry requirements. We ensure that all work is carried out by our appropriately qualified and competent personnel, under experienced supervision maintained to the highest standards from initial planning through to handover and maintenance.
We are more than confident in the quality of our goods and we welcome our customers to carry out audit testing on any of our products. We ensure that any growth is removed from the raw material before extraction commences to guarantee the final product is of the highest quality and meets our customers requirements. Our products are produced in customer specified lot sizes, clearly identified and located on firm, well drained ground. All stock piles are sampled in accordance with TMR standards, with a broad range of testing undertaken by a NATA accredited lab, complying with National and State specifications.
Prior to the commencement of any operation we ensure that our procedures conform to our clients requirements and we also monitor client satisfaction after completion to ensure all expectations have been met.
