Scott has been working at HG for over 4 years and is responsible for managing all HG projects and scope of work simultaneously whilst supervising the project managers and working hand in hand at the same time. Scott must ensure the projects meet budget requirements by assessing and analysing operational and financial risks that may be encountered in planned civil construction projects.  Scott must coordinate the staff for these projects and plant hire which means he is moving and grooving over 70 staff a day.

Scott brings experience from international and state based projects having worked in Papua New Guinea in his last role. His ability to coordinate staff and resources is astounding and a tremendous asset to Hillery Group.  Pair that with his safety focus and we have an operations manager at the top of his league.
