Luke is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hillery Group. He has been a part of the organisation for 18 years and is responsible for leading the company’s sales and business development efforts. Luke has taken the reigns of the growth and sustainability of Hillery Group and he is proud to employ so many people from our local community.

Liam is an owner of the business and Director of Operations. His responsibility is to ensure the haulage operations are like clockwork and at the same time overseeing local Civil Construction projects. Liam’s sense of quality is unrivalled, therefore our products are amongst the best in our region and state.

Carol Roberts – Director-Finance & Commercial
Carol, a qualified chartered accountant, brings more than thirty years finance experience to the company. She commenced her career with one of the major professional accounting companies working in four countries and more recently seventeen years with one of the world’s largest gold mining companies. As a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, her understanding of risk management and ethos of honesty and integrity keeps her focused on making the best decisions for our company without compromising our clients, suppliers or employees.

Kelly McDonald – Director-People, Culture and Business Development
Kelly is an experienced professional responsible for developing HR strategies and leading HR initiatives. Psychological safety and well-being are a core focus as well as the brand and image of Hillery Group. At the same time, Kelly and her team oversee and coordinate all recruitment practices as well as compliance with ISO standards for Quality, Safety and Environment.

With that in mind and a steadfast commitment to ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards, Keato sets the benchmark for the team to follow.
